Welcome to TurboPress. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our managed WordPress hosting services. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
Services Provided
TurboPress offers a range of managed WordPress hosting services, including but not limited to:
- Pre-configured WordPress installations
- Performance optimization (caching, CDN, compression)
- Basic security hardening
- Backup and restore services
- Ongoing technical support
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
User Responsibilities
As a TurboPress client, you agree to:
- Use our Services only for lawful purposes
- Keep your contact and billing information up to date
- Avoid hosting or transmitting spam, malware, illegal content, or abusive materials
- Maintain the security of your WordPress site (unless you’ve opted into our update management service)
You are solely responsible for the content you host with us.
Account Eligibility & Security
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
- TurboPress is not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized access due to client-side negligence.
Payments & Billing
- All hosting plans are billed in advance, either monthly or annually.
- Failure to pay invoices on time may result in account suspension or termination.
- Billing history and invoices are accessible through your client portal.
- Refunds, if applicable, are handled in accordance with our Refund and Cancelation Policy.
Uptime & Support
- We aim to deliver 99.9% uptime, excluding planned maintenance or force majeure events.
- TurboStart includes standard support during business hours.
- TurboCore and TurboShield plans include priority ticket handling, with TurboShield clients receiving after-hours emergency support.
- We make every effort to resolve critical issues within SLA windows defined by your package.
Backups
- All plans include daily automated backups.
- TurboShield clients benefit from 6-hourly incremental backups and extended backup retention (15 days).
- TurboPress strongly encourages all clients to maintain an additional off-site backup strategy.
- We are not responsible for loss of data caused by third-party plugins, custom code, or user error.
Resource Usage & Fair Use
- All plans are governed by fair usage policies.
- Excessive resource consumption (CPU, bandwidth, or storage) may result in throttling or the requirement to upgrade your plan.
- We will notify you before taking any corrective action.
Termination & Suspension
TurboPress reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services in the following cases:
- Violation of these Terms
- Non-payment after a grace period
- Abuse or behavior harmful to our systems, network, or staff
Upon termination, your data may be permanently deleted from our systems after 7 days.
Intellectual Property
- All TurboPress branding, configurations, automation tools, and infrastructure remain our intellectual property.
- You retain full ownership of your website content, designs, and data hosted on your account.
Limitation of Liability
TurboPress will not be held liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, business, or data
- Downtime caused by third-party services, client-side misconfigurations, or external factors
- Security breaches resulting from weak passwords or compromised client credentials
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated via email or your client dashboard. Continued use of the Services after any updates means you accept the revised Terms.
